Please note this position is based on-site at our Basel, Switzerland office and is not a role that can be performed remotely.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc.

  • Use your exceptional interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunities

  • Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients

  • Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media

  • Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute on client growth opportunities within accounts

  • Effectively negotiate pay rates

  • Partner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fulfill open positions

  • Industries include: Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology

Job requirements

Experience and skills you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent

  • 1-3 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred

  • Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional communication/verbal skills, especially on the phone

  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
