Position: Entry Level Sales or Recruiting
Location: Phoenix, AZ (on-site Monday-Friday)
Pay: base salary + uncapped commission potential

Who We’re Looking For: A focused, competitive, and hardworking individual who excels in creating opportunities and building relationships. As a entry level Recruiter or Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to meet client needs across diverse industries.
What You’ll Do as an entry level Recruiter:
- Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling
- Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence
- Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent
- Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently
- Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
What You’ll Do as an entry level Account Executive:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc.
- Use your interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunities
- Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients
- Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media.
- Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts
- Determine and understand the business needs of the client, and their ideal candidate profile
- Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
- Effectively negotiate pay rates
- Partner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions
