Position: Onboarding Specialist

Location: Andover, MA (on-site Monday-Friday)

Pay: Hourly Rate

What you’ll do:

•     Act as a liaison between the Operations/Sales & recruiting teams and BDN Contractors

•     Provide support for the BDN Contractors

•     Use problem solving skills to find ways to meet the needs of the BDN Contractors

•     Ensure onboarding documents and other requirements are properly completed prior to the start of an assignment

•     Communicate with Account Executives and Recruiters to ensure proper documentation is completed and received

•     Set up & track drug tests and background checks per client requirements

•     Track and communicate pending requirements to internal team

•     Send out and review contractor paperwork

Job requirements

Experience and skills you’ll need:

·         High School diploma required

·         Strong telephone and verbal communication skills

·         Strong written communication skills

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Meticulous attention to detail

·         Prior customer service, preferred

·         Time management skills

·         Quick learner and adapt to changes within the organization

·         Strong computer skills, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt to new computer programs      

·         Desire to be a team player and work as part of a group

or
